Warranty Policy

Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase one time only. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, we will replace the defective product with a comparable product. Items purchased on sale or clearance may be subject to different exchange policies. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with your order information and a description of the issue. We will then provide instructions for returning the product for inspection, including a prepaid shipping label. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund (excluding shipping), provided the items are in new, unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase. Items must be free from damage, wear, and tear. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Items purchased on sale or clearance may be subject to different exchange policies. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was damaged or defective upon arrival. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order information and reason for the return.

If a shipping label is supplied to you for a return, the product must be shipped with the shipping label within 1 week of receiving the label to receive the refund.

Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date for items in new, unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value; if the new item is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. In the case of an item that is of greater value, a refund in the amount of the item purchased will be given, and you will be responsible for purchasing your replacement item through the website.
