OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
"So I ordered this package back in late January to use on my agency Motorola N70 radio, upon quickly receiving the package I realized that Motorola has the software locked and the PTT I had was unusable… so I sent in for a return and reached out via phone, Instagram, and email to try and figure out an alternative. It took awhile to get to the right person to help me get an answer on a work around due to ShotShow, but I finally got in contact with the right people! I spoke with Amanda Rust who referred me to Jaime for the technical workaround for the N70 radios (P. S. you need to buy the Motorola PMLN8334 GCAI Mini to GCAI Cable Adapter along with the N-Ear M12 Connector). Once I had that info, now I just needed my PTT and remote button back! Due to an issue at FedEx with the return getting a new tracking number, I didn't know if my return order got delivered back to N-Ear but I definitely didn't get a refund so Jaime sent me back to Amanda since I reached out on Instagram… Amanda was absolutely amazing! She was able to locate my returned order and had the swapped PTT shipped back to me the same day. I received the package on the following day… but upon opening the package I realized that the remote PTT button was not in the package. I messaged Amanda on a Sunday at 620pm, expecting full well that I probably wasn't going to receive an answer until sometime Monday at the earliest… No worries right? I was way wrong… Amanda went out of her way on a Sunday night at 915pm after spending her Sunday with her family at Disney to respond to me and get all of the info she needed to follow up and help her resolve my order issue of a missing $65 part on Monday when she got to work… As far as customer service and support goes, I have never had a better experience dealing with product issues from anywhere else. Jaime, thank you for the knowledge to solve my connection issue. But Amanda, thank you for absolutely everything else! Congrats on your new position at N-Ear as well!"
